But it’s easy to find a good way to change our current favorite wing formula: sweet and sticky wings. Both recipes have the same basic sweetness and stickiness. For our main recipe, we only reduce coconut amino acids until they sweetened. For honey garlic wings, we use a 1:1:1 ratio of ghee, honey, and coconut. The result is a sweet, sticky, smooth and delicious sauce.
