Guide To The Paleo Diet

During our hosting of the feed, we had several requests for honey garlic wings. This is not the flavor we do. But it’s easy to find a good way to change our current favorite wing formula: sweet and sticky wings. Both recipes have the same basic sweetness and stickiness. For our main recipe, we only reduce coconut amino acids until they sweetened. For honey garlic wings, we use a 1:1:1 ratio of ghee, honey, and coconut. The result is a sweet, sticky, smooth and delicious sauce.

First, roast the wings on a wireframe on a warming tray with edges. Sprinkle salt and pepper, then roast at 425 until crispy and golden... 40-45 minutes.

Paleo Diet When the wings are cooking, collect the ghee and honey in a deep pan, the biggest. Don’t worry if you don’t have a wing that can accommodate every wing. Add coconut amino acids, spices and garlic. Mix with medium heat until bubbling. Reduce the flame and continue to stir until they halved it (approx.). It will get thicker. Lower the flame to a low temperature and keep it warm until the wing is ready.
